Return & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s what you
need to know:
Eligibility
You can request a return or refund within 5 days of delivery if:

✅ Defective Product – The item arrived damaged or faulty. 

✅ Wrong order is delivered at your location.

✅ Missing Items – Your order is incomplete.


How to Request

 Attach a video clearly showing the issue.  We’ll review your request within 48 hours.


Important Notes

⚠️ Do not send the item back until our representative contacts you via call or message. ⚠️ If your return is not valid, we will not issue a refund. 📦 If approved, you’ll need to ship the item to our Lahore warehouse at your own cost. 🔄 For exchanges, we’ll send you the correct item once processed.
💰 Refunds will be processed within 5 days of return approval.


Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

❌ The request is made after 5 days of delivery. ❌ The product was damaged due to mishandling. ❌ The request lacks valid proof (video evidence).

Please note that we will not exchange the products if the order delivered to you was accurate.
