● Customers can cancel orders accordingly with the Cancellation Policy, within 24
hours.
3. Shipping & Delivery
● Expected delivery time is between 5 - 8 Days, however, delivery times may vary based
on location and shipping method.
● We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen
circumstances.
4. Returns & Exchanges
● Returns and exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
● A video showing the issue is required for all return/exchange requests.
● Do not return any item until our representative contacts you.
● Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 days of return approval.
● Returns will not be accepted if the item is damaged due to misuse or lacks proper proof.
5. Product Availability & Descriptions
● We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that all
details, pricing, and images are 100% error-free.
● If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and offer an alternative or
refund.
